Return & Exchange Policy

At Saajh Stories, we strive to deliver the finest quality products with every order. However, please review our policy carefully before making a purchase:

• Mandatory Unboxing Video: To be eligible for any return or exchange, customers must share a clear, uninterrupted video of opening the parcel. This helps us verify any damage or discrepancy. Requests without this video will not be considered.

• Damaged / Incorrect Products: In case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video and images.

• Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only applicable for damaged or incorrect products, subject to verification.

• No Returns on Bralettes & Blouses: Due to hygiene and customization considerations, bralettes and blouses are not eligible for return or exchange.

• No Returns for Preference Issues: We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as colour variation, fabric preference, or change of mind.

• Replacement Policy: In case of a verified issue, the product will be replaced with an alternate item of similar value, subject to availability.

• Quality Check: All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive the best.
